During the summer months owners are welcome to use the Canoe Club on the shores of Lake Placid for lakefront activities. Unit 113 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, unit with an open plan dining/living room/kitchen, cozy fireplace, and walk out patio/balcony. Interval 1 is available for sale and includes a locker. Ownership is 1/12 deed (one week every 12 weeks forever, minimum of 4 weeks per year), which may be sold, willed, transferred or rented.
